Best place for everything Audio. There simply isn’t any other place in the city that matches the experience that this store brings to audiophiles in Kolkata. I had gone in to check out a home theater system for my room. I met the sales guy and he was so good and patient with showing me around. He got me to listen to all possible configurations I’d like the audio system to be setup in. We went through all our speakers and receiver options. At the end, I was all heaps and praises for the store because of how personalised the experience was for my individual needs. They’ve got setups for every need. As long as you enter the store with an idea of what you need, Promises Instruments seems to have your back. To top it all, the pricing to the audio equipment of my choice was also the best quotation I received from anyone dealing Audio in Kolkata. This place is a must visit!

If you are a true audiophile and want to get the systems across the board when it comes to audio, this is the place to be. Mr. Bhatia is one the most knowledgeable person I have come across. Immense stock of products that I never expected I would find here in India..lo and behold he understood my requirements precisely and offered a very customised solution to my needs. Utterly thankful. One word of caution though..if you are looking for run of the mill products like Sony or Bose…head to your nearest Reliance Digital or Chroma store.
